With Carly Ann Taylor's voice soaring across "How Glorious (Amazing Grace)," the anthemic track celebrates the miracle of a King who left heaven for a manger. Borrowing the familiar melody of "Amazing Grace," the verses articulate the beautiful paradox surrounding the birth of Christ. Stripped down to her bare vocal, Taylor concludes the song by interpolating the refrain from the timeless hymn, offering a creative seasonal take on one of the world's most beloved declarations. She wrote "How Glorious (Amazing Grace)" with Tony Wood and Jeff Pardo, who also produced the recording.
The holiday offering caps an extraordinary debut year for the rising songstress, who garnered her first Top 10 radio hit with "Why Should I Worry (Remind Me Version)" and earned a K-LOVE Fan Awards nomination for Breakout Single of the Year. Furthermore, Taylor received a standing ovation following her performance at the New Artist Showcase during the fan-fueled K-LOVE Fan Awards Weekend preceding the ceremony. In addition, she was named one of five "Fresh Faces" by K-LOVE for 2026. The year also saw Taylor share more of her redemptive story across additional releases, including "Heavenly Father," "Lifeline (with KB)" and "Something Good Is Coming." Moreover, the blossoming artist recently embarked on her inaugural tour with labelmates Big Daddy Weave.
Taylor will continue to fill the opening slot on Big Daddy Weave's "My Hope Is Jesus Tour" through November. In addition, earlier this week, she provided direct support for Blessing Offor in her hometown of San Diego at the House of Blues.
